Located in the beautiful Niagara Peninsula, Spring Creek Quail Farms was founded in 2002 by Clarence Oosterhoff under the name CRO Quail Farms. With a focus on quality and excellence, our farm is now in the second generation of ownership and has grown to be one of the largest producers of quail eggs in Canada
Our Coturnix quail are raised in a free run environment with no antibiotics, chemicals or hormones. We are Kosher certified by OU Kosher and our facilities are CFIA inspected.
Our goal is to provide you with the best quail eggs possible while being good stewards of the environment.
Collected daily for optimum freshness, we pride ourselves on giving you top quality quail eggs. Speckled on the outside and creamy on the inside, quail eggs have a slightly higher yolk to white ratio than chicken eggs resulting in more flavour and, in our opinion, a better egg.
Enjoy as an hor d'oeuvres, garnish, accompaniment with salad or in place of chicken eggs.
